SolSmart Celebrates 19 Designees in the Carolinas!
At the State Energy Conference of North Carolina, the SolSmart team joined the NC Clean Energy Technology Center (NCCETC) to celebrate a total of 19 communities that have now achieved designation in North Carolina and South Carolina! We’re proud of each of these communities for their work making it faster, easier, and more affordable to go solar.
NCCETC served as a SolSmart Advisor providing intensive technical assistance to help local communities achieve designation.
“SolSmart Advisors provide SolSmart a multiplier effect,” said Liz Bowen, Senior Project Manager at NCCETC. “As SolSmart Advisors, we have helped reduce communities’ workload by giving them comprehensive assistance so they can meet solar energy goals and achieve SolSmart designation.”
Many of the North and South Carolina designees were able to join us for the event, and it was a pleasure to meet them and offer our congratulations. Visit the NCCETC website to learn more.
